Razvan Cuc este un antreprenor cu experienta, punand bazele retelei de retail PlusGSM – partener Orange, pe care a dezvoltat-o la nivel national,  ajungand la 57 de magazine, peste 270 de angajati si o cifra de afaceri de 15 milioane de dolari. In 2008, a facut exit din companie si a vandut-o catre fondul spaniol GED Capital. 

In 2014, a decis sa devina partener master franciza RE/MAX, franciza numarul 1 in imobiliare si sa dezvolte reteaua de franciza la nivel national. Astazi, reteaua numara peste 45 de birouri si 400 de agenti parteneri, iar misiunea RE/MAX Romania este sa ajunga la peste 150 birouri la nivel national in urmatorii ani.
