Radu este antreprenor si un  consultant experimentat si dovedit in businessuri start-up, sisteme de franciza, procese de internationalizare,  parteneriate de tip joint-venture, precum si un un master desavarsit in arta ingineriei financiare.

Acum 7 ani, Radu Lupas era parte din echipa care punea bazele Salad Box, cel mai de succes brand de pe piata HoReCa din Romania. Ascensiunea rapida a retelei de restaurante s-a facut atat in plan intern, cat si international, Salad Box fiind, in acest moment, prezent pe 3 continente (Europa, America de Nord, Africa), in 12 tari. 

In urmatoarele luni, brandul este pe cale sa cucereasca si al patrulea continent, intrand pe piata asiatica.

Intre timp, portofoliul de branduri In care Radu Lupas este direct implicat s-a extins, cu nenumarate concepte dezvoltate atat in Romania, cat si in strainatate. 

Succesul brandurilor create este confirmat acum de Tasty Brands Franchise, o linie de business ce pregateste pentru lansarea la nivel international, brandurile dezvoltate de grup (SladBox, Pep&Pepper, Donuterie, Narcoffee Roasters, Noodle Pack, Aperto, Taksim, Japanos).

Radu Lupas coordoneaza extinderea, in special in regim de franciza, a intreg portofoliului de concepte 100% made in Romania, dar cu un potential extern foarte bun. 

Suportul strategic si operational oferit partenerilor este dublat de o retea foarte buna de furnizori si parteneri ce stau la baza constructiei unui business cu o crestere constanta pe termen mediu și lung.

7 years ago, Radu Lupas was part of Salad Box, the most successful brand on the HoReCa market in Romania. The rapid rise of the restaurant network has taken place both domestically and internationally, with Salad Box being present on 3 continents (Europe, North America, Africa) in 12 countries. Salad Box is about to conquer, in the coming months, the fourth continent, entering the Asian market.

Meanwhile, the portfolio of brands in which Radu Lupas is directly involved has expanded, with countless concepts developed both in Romania and abroad. The success of created brands is now confirmed by Tasty Brands Franchise, a new international business line. Radu Lupas coordinates the expansion, especially in the franchise, of the entire portfolio of 100% concepts made in Romania but with a very good external potential. Strategic and operational support to partners is matched by a very good network of suppliers and partners that underpin the construction of business with steady growth in the medium and long term. The confirmation came in the last year through the successful franchises for Narcoffee and Donuterie in countries such as the Czech Republic, France and others.
